When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, business name (if provided), and the message you send us. We may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and IP address to help protect the site from spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, follow up by email, and provide information about our AI Receptionist services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store it
Enquiry data is stored securely in our Lovable Cloud database (Supabase) and is protected by Row Level Security so it is not publicly readable. Access is limited to authorised Northlight AI team members who need it to respond to enquiries.
Emails
When you submit an enquiry we send a confirmation email to you and a notification email to our team. These emails are delivered through Lovable's managed email infrastructure and are used solely for enquiry handling.
Access and removal
You can ask us to access, update, or delete the personal information you submitted by emailing us at northlightreceptionists@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
